Welcome to SlingTrack. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our AI song generation platform, websites, and social sharing services. By creating a song or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Description
SlingTrack provides an automated artificial intelligence software service that composes custom song lyrics and synthesizes full vocal musical tracks based on user-supplied details (such as recipient name, occasion, genre, and special memories). Completed tracks are provided via private web streaming and downloadable MP3 audio files.

Completed custom songs are delivered digitally via your private web player link for instant playback, download, and social sharing:
- Digital Delivery: Upon successful checkout and generation, your track is accessible directly in your web browser. You can play the custom song, view customized lyrics, and download the full MP3 audio file.
- Social Sharing: You may share your track directly to social platforms (such as Facebook) or copy the direct song link to share privately with friends, family, or the recipient.
- Support: If you experience any issues accessing your song link or sharing your track, contact our support team at support@slingtrack.com.
3. Acceptable Use & Content Policy
SlingTrack is built to bring joy, humor, and heartfelt celebrations to loved ones. You agree not to submit song prompts, lyrics, or details that contain or promote:
- Hate speech, discrimination, or slurs targeting race, religion, gender, disability, or sexual orientation.
- Severe personal harassment, blackmail, non-consensual sexual content, or malicious defamation.
- Violence, illegal activities, dangerous acts, or self-harm.
- Intentional infringement of third-party intellectual property or unauthorized impersonation of living celebrities.
We employ automated safety moderation filters (via Google Gemini) and reserve the right to decline generation or cancel requests that violate these standards without refund.
4. Ownership, License & Usage Rights
Upon successful payment and generation, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to stream, download, play, and share the generated song track for personal, non-commercial, and social celebrations (e.g. playing at birthday parties, gifting to friends, or sharing on personal social media).
SlingTrack and its technology partners retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, proprietary prompts, audio synthesis pipelines, and brand assets.
5. Fees, Billing & Refunds
SlingTrack charges a one-time fee of $2.99 USD per personalized song track. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Because custom AI lyrics and voice synthesis incur immediate non-recoverable compute and server resources upon submission, all sales are final once generation has commenced. If an audio generation pipeline fails or the output audio is corrupted due to a technical error on our platform, our team will gladly re-generate the track or provide assistance upon contacting support@slingtrack.com.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
SlingTrack is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. You acknowledge that generative AI musical output is inherently creative and subjective, and we make no guarantees regarding specific musical fidelity or individual subjective satisfaction. In no event shall SlingTrack Inc., its directors, or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated date at the top will indicate when the latest revisions took effect. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
